Overview

The Spiral Tank Thawing system is an advanced heat exchange system that can be used for products over time with full control of temperature and thawing time. It uses a heat exchanger to circulate water from the tank and advanced PID temperature control to keep the target temperature of the tank at a fixed temperature. A touch screen is used to configure temperature and flow rate of products through the tank to reach optimal core temperature of products.

The system has an automatic infeed system that controls the right number of items in each chamber of the tank to keep optimal density in each chamber to maintain optimal throughput without overloading the tank.

The Spiral Tank can be combined with other systems such as Filter Conveyor or Scissor Elevator.
