Tub Stacker for Empty Tubs

The tub stacker is designed for empty 660 and 460 L plastic tubs (base dimensions 105x124cm). The equipment is designed to be part of a tub system. It can stack up or take down stacks.

It works from the bottom of the stack, lifting everything except the bottom tub and releases it forward in destacking, and in stacking it lifts up the tub(s) and adds a tub underneath. The stacker handles up to 80 tubs per hour. Maximum lifting capacity is 400kg.

The tub stacker is fully automatic, with excellent capacity and efficiency. Low maintenance costs combined with labor savings and better tub longevity due to improved handling are key features in the design and construction of the machine. Most components of the equipment are made from AISI 304 stainless steel and other materials approved for handling containers in the food industry.
