Tub Conveyor for Tub Lift

The tub conveyor is designed for full 660 and 460 L plastic tubs with base dimensions of 105x124cm and is built to handle one stack of such tubs. The equipment is designed to be part of a larger tub system.

The conveyor accepts a stack of full tubs and positions it in the correct location for the full tub stacker, then transports tubs from it and into the tub lift for emptying. The tub conveyor as part of a system is fully automatic.

Low maintenance costs combined with labor savings and better tub longevity due to improved handling are key features in the design and construction of the equipment. Most components of the equipment are made from AISI 304 stainless steel and other materials approved for handling containers in the food industry.
