Conveyor Belt for Empty Tub Stacks

The tub conveyor is designed for 660 and 460 L plastic tubs with base dimensions of 105x124cm and is built to handle stacks of such tubs. The equipment is designed to be part of a larger tub system.

Depending on the length of the equipment, which is customized to customer requirements and how many levels of tubs are on the conveyor, different quantities of tubs can be stored at once. A 6m long conveyor like this information sheet describes can hold 4 tubs lengthwise and up to 6 tubs in height, or up to 24 tubs total.

The tub conveyor as part of a system is fully automatic. Low maintenance costs combined with labor savings and extended tub lifespan due to better handling are key features in the design and construction of the equipment. Most components of the equipment are made from AISI 304 stainless steel and other materials approved for handling containers in the food industry.
