Cleaning - CIP

Overview

The CIP (Clean-In-Place) system is designed to automatically clean all internal process equipment — including tanks, pipes, pumps, and heat exchangers — without disassembly. This system ensures that all production residues and contaminants are efficiently removed between production cycles, maintaining hygiene standards and overall process reliability.

Automated Cleaning Sequence

The CIP sequence is fully automated and controlled from the HMI, with predefined cleaning steps for each process area (e.g., Bleeding Tank, Gutting, Cyclones, Cooling Tanks). Each step is time-based and includes circulation, flushing, and draining operations to ensure complete cleaning coverage throughout the system.
